FREE Consultation & Movement Assessment
Through conversation and movement, we will identify the patterns, mindsets, and areas for growth that you can continue to build on and adapt in order to rise to your own next level of strength and stability. This session is free of charge so that you have the ability to work briefly together before deciding whether or not to pursue work together.

1-1 Personal Training
Using my background in education and a variety of mobility, strength training and functional modalities, I will design a customized program to get you heading towards greater stability, strength and confidence in your body. Bonus: I include a home-based corrective/integration program with each of my clients so that you can practice small things at home to support our work together.

2-1 Partner Personal Training
Sometimes we feel stronger together…or we just have more fun that way! This format allows for two clients who have similar profiles of function and intention to attend a session together, split the cost, and workout with a friend. Due to limited space, 2 clients is the limit to current small group size.
My Approach
I really enjoy the variability of applying an integrated approach to movement. Depending on the outcomes of our consultation and movement assessment, I will design a comprehensive program with 3 key focus points for our workout session.
Warmup: Using breath work, soft tissue release, and dynamic stretching/activation we will center your focus and get your brain and muscle connection strong before jumping into more challenging work.
Corrective/Postural Work: I will identify key areas for growth in your movement that we will focus on here using inspiration from the fields of core stability, biomechanics, functional patterns, and mobility. This will be the “new” information for your body to digest in our work together.
Integrated Movement Sets: Here we will tie together what you have a strong foundation in, along with the areas we are trying to train, with compound and full body movements to target a more global demand on your body. This is where you may feel an increase in your heart rate and get your sweat on!
Building a Daily Wellness Routine
Part of your success will depend on a connection between our work together and your life at home/work/play. I will include regular weekly “Home PT” programs to reinforce the movements that will encourage consistent change and ensure that you are building your strength and stability even when you are not with me.
